Will you have an active & in-date Public Liability Insurance by the time of the event?

Certificate must be current for the entire duration of the event and have a minimum cover of £5,000,000.

You will receive a link to upload your Public Liability Insurance nearer the event time (to ensure the certificate is in date) to your email specified in this form.
